To access a paperless employee, you need to visit the website https://www.paperlessemployee.com/populus. Click on the 'Create Account' button on the right side of the screen. You will then need to provide your Employee ID (given by Populus Group), Social Security Number, and Date of Birth.

Team members may sign up to access their W-2s or 1095Cs electronically. Team members with questions about accessing their tax documents may call the W-2 Hotline at 1-877-824-0707.
