I do not like Oak Street Health. They listen but it's never been enough. They only listen to what they want to here. They never listen to what you want them to here. God forbid you have an idea on how you want to be treated, because you've done so in the past with success. Everyone should remember because it seems like everyone has forgotten that a doctor works for you. If you feel like you are not getting the care you want, fire your doctor and get another doctor. The firing in my case is firing Oak Street health and Dr. Aguero Medina. I do not want to ever go to this palace again "Oak Street Health". People should try OSF Medical, OSF has been in Rockford since 1899 !!!. Oak Street Health has only been in Rockford since 2012. Standards at OSF are far better than those of Oak Street Health. Go to OSF people you won't be disappointed.

I got right in and was taken care of by Norma. Then Veronica came in and helped me. I enjoy and trust her.
