Ariana Grande doesn’t need to release a brand new album – not a full one, anyway – to score another hit. The pop powerhouse is currently climbing the charts in the United Kingdom with Eternal Sunshine, a title that fans already know and love, and one that she recently refreshed. The singer expanded the full-length, adding several new cuts and retitling the reissue Brighter Days Ahead. The updated effort gave listeners something to be excited about once again, and they showed their enthusiasm with a huge number of both purchases and streams.
Following the deluxe edition’s release, Eternal Sunshine soars across a number of U.K.-based rankings. The project was present on just one tally before Brighter Days Ahead arrived, but now it’s a top five smash on half a dozen charts.
Ariana Grande is Back on Nearly Every Chart
Eternal Sunshine returns to five U.K. charts and shoots north on a sixth. The album lands inside the top five on every single list where it can be found. While the positions vary slightly from one ranking to the next, Grande’s near-dominance is clear across the board.
Even though Eternal Sunshine doesn’t take over any U.K. chart this frame, it comes incredibly close. The album rockets from No. 97 to No. 2 on the Official Albums Streaming chart. That marks its most impressive jump and highest placement this week – a grand showing for a set that earns its fifty-second turn on that particular list.
On three other tallies — the Official Albums, Official Album Downloads, Official Vinyl Albums charts — Grande’s project returns at No. 3. Eternal Sunshine is also back at No. 4 on both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums rosters this frame.

Eternal Sunshine Narrowly Misses the Top Spot
Grande has already conquered half of the six charts she now finds herself on in the U.K. Eternal Sunshine previously hit No. 1 on the Official Albums list, the Official Albums Streaming ranking, and the Official Vinyl Albums tally. The other three where the set is soaring once more — the Albums Sales, Physical Albums, and Album Downloads charts — were ones where she rose as high as second place in the past.
“Twilight Zone” is Another Top 10 Smash for Ariana Grande
The reissue of Eternal Sunshine doesn’t just boost the album’s position, it also gives Grande another hit single in the U.K. The brand new focus cut “Twilight Zone” launches at No. 5 on the Official Singles chart, instantly becoming her twenty-fourth top 10 in the country.
Two other newly added tunes — “Dandelion” and “Intro (End of the World),” the latter of which was extended into a semi-new track — also debut on the same ranking, and both become top 40 wins.
Other new songs added to Brighter Days Ahead, including “Hampstead,” “Warm,” and “Past Life,” don’t make it to the Official Singles chart, but they do launch on three other rankings. The Official Charts Company only allows each act to score a trio of placements on the main tally at a time, but that rule doesn’t apply to more specific tallies focused solely on sales or purchases.
